These General Sales Conditions detailed below (hereafter referred to as "general conditions") determine the contractual relationships between every customer who uses the Shebiju® website (hereafter referred to as the "user") and the commercial name Shebiju® owned by the company Jie & Nuno, Lda, whose headquarters are located at Rua 5 Lote 18, Zona Industrial da Varziela, Vila do Conde, Portugal.
The general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except for prior, express, and written agreement. Shebiju® may occasionally modify certain provisions of its general conditions, and it is also necessary to reread them each time you visit the Shebiju® website (hereafter referred to as the "Site"). We consider that when the order is validated, the customer automatically accepts our general conditions of sale.

NOTE: The colours displayed on computers depend on various factors such as monitor resolution and the colour temperature setting of the monitor itself, therefore, the actual colour of the product may not be the same as the colour shown in the photograph.
The prices of all products indicated on our website www.shebiju.pt and its subdomains are presented in euros. Value-added tax (VAT) applicable in Portugal will be added to the indicated prices. However, Shebiju® reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Similarly, the prices and promotions presented on our website www.shebiju.pt may vary and their availability may be related to limited time periods. Some offers may have a quantity limit per customer, which, if applicable, will always be presented in the specific offer.
The costs of the shipping service are the responsibility of the user and buyer, unless otherwise stated, and are added to the total value of the selected products. The user will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchasing process.
Due to the high number of products sold on our website, and despite all our verification efforts, there is always the possibility of incorrect prices in some items or even out-of-stock due to update intervals between platforms. If Shebiju® verifies this situation during the processing of an order, it will immediately proceed to contact the respective customer, providing the option to choose another size of the same model, or another model with the originally chosen size, reconfirm the order at the correct price, or proceed to its cancellation. In any case, the customer can confirm by email or phone the stock of the item they wish to purchase.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other error occurring that causes a substantial and unforeseen change by Shebiju® in the retail price, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly insignificant, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
The prices and products available on www.shebju.pt are only valid for purchase orders placed through www.shebiju.pt.
PURCHASING PROCESS
To make an online purchase on the website www.shebiju.pt, it is mandatory to create an account by providing your name and email address, with subsequent account creation and inclusion in our databases. With the created account, our customers will have the possibility to have their data recognized automatically whenever they visit our online store.
The account will function as the personal and private space where, for example, favourite products or the order history will be associated. This personal account will also be associated with the sending of our newsletter and promotions.
EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS
The shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer, except for the return shipping costs of items with manufacturing defects within the warranty period, which will be covered by Shebiju® in that case.
You can exchange/return the item within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you prefer a refund, you can receive store credit for a future purchase or provide us with your bank account information for a refund to be processed.
